A trainer at a flip chart presenting to a small team in a meeting room

How it works

Choose trainers on evidence, not on who you already know.

You choose on credentials, delivery history and a booking record that only completed work can build.

Find programmes

Before you start

Good to know before you begin.

  • Free to browse. Every programme, trainer profile and public brief is open without an account.
  • One sign-up. Register only when you are ready to send a brief. It is one form, and you fill it in once.
  • No platform fee. Searching, posting briefs and booking are free for you.
1

Search by training need, not trainer name.

Search for the problem you need solved. Filter by topic, format, duration, industry or language, and filter to HRDC accredited trainers when you plan to claim from HRD Corp.

Every programme shows the trainer and their credentials. No trainer can pay for a higher position in search.

2

One brief. Up to five trainers.

Specify the training topic, preferred dates, number of attendees and estimated budget.

Send it to up to 5 trainers you choose, post it as a public brief, or both: invite up to 4 and interested trainers fill the rest. Only trainers with an active programme in the brief's topic can answer.

Each invited trainer has 48 hours to respond with a proposal and fee, and their response opens the conversation.

Agree the scope before anyone commits.

Agree the scope, dates and fee in the conversation. Both sides then confirm the same booking summary.

You choose how the training is paid when you post the brief, by ticking the HRD Corp box or leaving it unticked. It cannot change after you send.

  • HRD Corp claim. You apply for the grant in eTRiS. After the training, the training provider files the claim and HRD Corp pays them from your levy. The provider is the trainer's own or one WisdomHub assigns at no extra cost to you, so you can claim even when the trainer works independently.
  • Self-funded booking. You pay the trainer's agreed fee through WisdomHub, as a 50% deposit when the booking is confirmed and the balance within 14 days of both sides confirming delivery.

Two ratings, both ways, after delivery.

Rate the trainer on delivery and on how they were to work with, and they will rate you in return. Ratings are only available for completed bookings and remain hidden until both sides have rated or 14 days after the booking is completed, whichever comes first.

HRD Corp

Planning to claim against your HRD Corp levy?

  • Claimable training. Filter to HRDC accredited trainers and see each trainer's accreditation status before you send a brief. When you tick “I plan to claim this training through HRD Corp” on a brief, only HRDC accredited trainers receive it.
  • Grant-ready documentation in one place. A confirmed booking records all agreed details (parties, scope, schedule and fees), while the training provider gives you the quotation, trainer profile and course outline for your application.

How we keep it fair

Three rules we keep.

No paid ranking

Search position is earned by delivery record. No one can buy it.

No ratings without a booking

Only a completed booking on WisdomHub can be rated.

No middleman on HRD Corp claims

HRD Corp disburses claim funds directly from your levy to the training provider. WisdomHub never handles or holds this money.
