What claimable actually means, who applies and who files the claim, and how to check a programme before you commit budget. A practical walkthrough for HR teams planning training spend against the levy.
2 minCreate your account in two steps, then add your bio, credentials and first programme. Nothing you type is lost.

Seven steps from subject expert to working trainer, with the HRD Corp requirements at each one.

Five items, one deadline. What a complete profile on launch day gets you, and what it costs to wait.

Beyond the bio: what to look for in a trainer’s track record, how to compare shortlists, and the questions that separate strong trainers from strong marketers.

Typical fee ranges by format and seniority, what drives price up or down, and how HRD Corp claims change the real cost of a programme.

When a private session for your team beats sending staff to a public programme, and the break-even headcount where in-house starts making sense.

The handful of details that turn a vague request into a brief a trainer can quote accurately: objectives, audience, format, dates and budget.

How the levy accumulates, what happens to unused balance, and a simple quarterly routine to keep your training plan ahead of it.

Not a quality badge. A claimability marker. What each HRD Corp status means and how a company checks it.

In Malaysian corporate training, what is real does not travel. This is why, and what we are building instead.

A company reads your profile to answer one question. Make the answer easy to find.

Companies search for the problem, not the trainer. Write each programme so it answers three questions in one glance.

Browsing is free. Responding to an invitation costs 15 credits; on a public brief it is 5 to express interest and 10 more if you are shortlisted. That gap is there so you choose.

FAQ
A marketplace where Malaysian companies find corporate trainers on evidence of delivery, not on marketing. Before launch it is the place to build your profile and programmes so you are ready on day one.
Yes, and for trainers it is more than that. For companies, WisdomHub is the marketplace where Malaysia’s corporate trainers are searchable by topic, track record and HRD Corp claimability. For trainers, it goes beyond finding the next job: your delivery record, ratings and programmes build into a professional reputation you own and keep. We do not rank trainers by what they pay, sell placement, or run price bidding. The hiring decision always stays with you.
Three groups: trainers (independent practitioners and consultants), training providers (organisations running multi-trainer operations), and companies (HR teams and L&D leads sourcing training). Each has its own workspace built for how they work.
Yes. Searching and evaluating trainers and programmes is free for companies. Trainers and training providers join free, and paid plans expand what a profile can show. Nothing about joining free limits which briefs you can see.
Social posts disappear within hours, and your certificates, testimonials and past programmes end up scattered across WhatsApp, old proposals and your laptop. On WisdomHub, everything that proves your value lives in one professional profile, and companies come to you with structured briefs that state their actual requirements. You review each one and choose which deserve your time.
No. A directory lists names. WisdomHub records what happens after you are hired. The company that booked you rates the delivery, and that record stays attached to your name.
The demos on this page show what is ready so far. We will announce the launch date on this page first.
Certificates, registration numbers and contact details are stored encrypted on servers hosted in Malaysia, in line with the PDPA. Only our admin sees your certificates, and only to verify them.
Not before launch. Until then, no trainer profile is publicly visible. At launch your profile is public: Your public profile shows your name, photo, professional summary, areas of expertise, programmes and HRD Corp accreditation status, with a link and QR code a company can use to verify you with HRD Corp. Your mobile number and your certificate files are never public at any stage.
Paid plans expand what your profile can show: more active programmes, testimonials from companies, video on your profile and the ability to publish articles, plus a larger monthly credit allowance for responding to briefs. Your plan never affects which briefs you get invited to, and the flat 5% platform fee is the same for everyone. Your plan changes what you can show, never your credibility.
Anytime. Your career will evolve, and your membership can evolve with it. Upgrades take effect straight away. Downgrades keep your current plan until the end of the period you have paid for. If you have more active programmes than the smaller plan allows, you choose which ones stay active when you confirm the downgrade, and the rest are paused with their history intact.
Companies search for programmes that solve a business need, not for trainer names. Your published programmes make you discoverable beyond your referral network, and your profile gives companies the evidence to move from interest to a brief. Programmes create discovery. Your professional record creates confidence.
The title is locked once a programme is published, so the reviews and bookings it earns always describe that programme. To change it, open the programme, choose Request a change and give the new title and your reason. Our admin reviews it and the programme stays active under its current title meanwhile. If our admin approves the change, the reviews, bookings and web address carry over. Different content belongs in a new programme.
Complete the five required items on your profile before launch: basics, bio, TTT or exemption certificate, HRD Corp accreditation certificate and one published programme. Your Overview shows what is left. On launch day we add the 3 months of full access to your account. No credit card required.
Programme Builder lives inside WisdomHub under Programmes. Answer two questions about who the programme is for and what should change, pick the learning outcomes it suggests, and confirm the outline. The outline lands in your programme form as a draft. You complete industries, format, duration and language, then publish. Free until launch, then 10 credits per programme, up to 10 AI drafts or changes.
Nothing. Registering and building your profile is free. Log in and open the Launch offer tab to see what the offer includes.
Registering is free, and the Starter plan stays free after launch. Full access is the Pro plan, free for your first three months at launch and worth RM357. Pro lets you show the things that prove your value to a company or training provider before they contact you: testimonials from companies you have trained, video of you delivering, and articles you publish. You also get eight active programmes instead of two, newsletter features when we promote trainers to companies, full analytics, priority support, and 180 credits a month to respond to briefs. Your plan never affects which briefs you are invited to. After three months you move to Starter unless you choose to pay. We email you 14 days and 3 days before the free months end. Pay by card and your plan renews on that card. Pay by FPX and we send a payment link 7 days before each renewal.
Any corporate trainer working in Malaysia. HRD Corp accreditation is not required to register. It matters when a company or training provider wants an HRDC claimable programme: only an accredited trainer can deliver one. Uploading your accreditation is also part of the launch-benefit checklist.
Trainers with a complete profile on launch day get 3 months of full access to WisdomHub, worth RM357, plus first access to new features and priority support. The offer ends at launch. Trainers who register later do not get it.
A training provider is a company registered with HRD Corp to run training and to file HRD Corp claims. On WisdomHub a training provider can find and book trainers the same way a company does, and can join our roster to file claims for trainers who do not have a training provider of their own.
A training provider is a company registered with HRD Corp to run training, and it is the party that files the HRD Corp claim. Individual trainers are the practitioners who deliver the sessions. Both have their own accounts, and the two work together on WisdomHub.
A training provider can post briefs and book trainers the same way a company does, and keeps each booking in one place: the agreed terms, both delivery confirmations, the trainer’s invoice and the payment status. Providers on our roster also get a checklist for each claim, covering what forms JD14 and T3 need.
No. Individual trainers can deliver HRDC claimable programmes. A training provider from our roster files the HRD Corp claim for that booking and keeps 15% of the amount HRD Corp pays; the 5% platform fee comes off the same amount, so you receive 80%. If you already work with a training provider you trust, you can invite them to register on WisdomHub and file your claims instead.
Claimable describes the programme. Accredited describes the trainer. Only an HRDC accredited trainer can conduct an HRDC claimable programme, and a registered training provider, the trainer’s own or one from our roster, files the claim with HRD Corp. WisdomHub verifies and displays each trainer’s HRD Corp accreditation status so you can plan claimable training with confidence. Claim approval itself always rests with HRD Corp, not WisdomHub.
Not to use WisdomHub. But to claim the cost from your HRD Corp levy, your company has to be registered with HRD Corp, the programme has to be conducted by an HRDC accredited trainer, and a registered training provider files the claim. Accreditation status is displayed on every trainer profile before you book.
The training provider files the claim with HRD Corp. You do not file it. The provider fills in form JD14 and gives it to you to sign once the training is completed, and your participants sign the attendance list, form T3, on each training day. WisdomHub gives a checklist of what the claim needs and keeps the booking details in one place: the brief, the agreed terms and the payment status.
Companies browse the programme catalogue or send a structured brief describing what they need. Trainers whose expertise fits can review the brief and decide whether to respond. No trainer is obliged to respond, and no algorithm decides who wins the work. The company chooses, on evidence.
A comment is the optional note left with a rating after a completed booking on WisdomHub. It is tied to a real, finished booking on WisdomHub, not something anyone can post from outside. A rating is the score both sides of a completed booking give each other: the company or training provider that booked, and the trainer, each rate how the training was delivered and how the other side was to work with. A testimonial is a quote a trainer chooses to display on their own profile, which may come from work done off-platform and is not verified by us. WisdomHub hosts and displays this evidence for you to weigh; it does not vouch for any trainer itself.
Both sides are invited to give feedback after every booking, so accountability runs in both directions. If you believe a rating or comment about you is inaccurate or inappropriate, use the Make a complaint link on that booking. We acknowledge within 2 working days and decide within 14 days. A rating is never removed simply on demand.
Two documents: your HRD Corp TTT certificate (or your exemption certificate, if you were accredited by exemption) and your HRD Corp accreditation certificate. Our admin verifies both. When our admin has verified your certificate, your public profile shows HRDC accredited. Everything else on your profile is your own statement and is shown as such.
Searching, evaluating and sending briefs are free for companies. On a self-funded booking you pay the trainer’s agreed fee to WisdomHub by FPX: a 50% deposit when the booking is confirmed and the balance within 14 days of both sides confirming delivery. On an HRD Corp claim you pay nothing through WisdomHub; HRD Corp pays the training provider. The flat 5% platform fee is borne on the trainer’s side, not added on top.
It depends on how the booking is paid.
HRD Corp claim, training provider from our roster. HRD Corp pays the provider. The provider pays you within 5 working days of marking the HRD Corp payment received, and in any case within 45 days of both sides confirming delivery. You receive 80%: of what HRD Corp pays, 5% is the platform fee and 15% is the provider’s share.
HRD Corp claim, your own training provider. HRD Corp pays your provider. The 5% platform fee is due within 14 days of marking that payment received.
HRD Corp claim, a training provider that hired you. The provider pays your agreed fee, less the 5% platform fee, within 14 days of marking the HRD Corp payment received, and in any case within 45 days of both sides confirming delivery.
Self-funded booking. The company pays WisdomHub a 50% deposit when the booking is confirmed and the balance within 14 days of both sides confirming delivery. WisdomHub pays you 95% within 5 working days of the balance arriving.
Both sides can track payment status throughout.
Credits are how trainers respond to briefs. Responding to a brief uses 15 credits. A credit is not a fee for a conversation. It signals your professional commitment to explore the opportunity seriously, which keeps every conversation genuine on both sides. Starter includes 35 credits a month, Growth 95, and Pro 180. Credits come with your plan, and packs starting at 15 credits (RM12) can be purchased anytime. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months.
Yes. A flat 5% platform fee applies to every trainer on every plan, and only when a booking is successfully completed. It exists to sustain WisdomHub, and it has no effect on visibility or ranking.
Starter allows 2 active programmes and 1 programme swap a month. Growth allows 5 and 3. Pro allows 8 and 5. A swap is pausing one programme to make another active. Every account can hold up to 12 published programmes; the plan decides how many are active at once.
