Why register before launch: what closes on launch day and what you keep

There is a version of launch day where you are already there, with a profile, a programme and a verified status. There is another where you start filling in forms that week. The difference is about two hours of work, done now.

What is open now

Registration is free. Building your profile is free. Publishing programmes is free. The Programme Builder, which writes an HRD Corp format course outline, session plan and evaluation plan from your answers, does not deduct any credits before launch. After launch it costs 10 credits per programme draft, covering up to 10 AI drafts or changes.

Nothing on WisdomHub asks for a card before launch, and nothing is charged before launch.

What closes on launch day

Trainers who have completed the five required items on their profile when the marketplace opens claim three things. The offer closes at launch and does not reopen.

  • Three months of the Pro plan, free, worth RM357. Your profile can show testimonials, video and articles. You can have eight active programmes instead of two. Your programmes and articles can be featured in our newsletter when we promote trainers to companies. You get full analytics and 180 credits a month to respond to briefs. When the three months end, you move to Starter unless you choose to pay for a plan. We email you 14 days and 3 days before the free months end.
  • First access. You see new features before anyone else does.
  • Priority support. Your questions go to the front of the queue.

After the free period, Starter stays free, Growth costs RM69 a month and Pro costs RM119 a month. The offer is made at our discretion, is time-limited, and may change before launch. The Pre-Launch Registration Terms say the same thing in longer words.

The five items

Complete means five things, and your Overview shows which are done.

  • The basics: name, mobile, state, primary area of expertise.
  • A biography, written for the company reading it.
  • Your Train the Trainer (TTT) certificate or exemption, uploaded and verified.
  • Your HRD Corp accreditation, uploaded and verified.
  • At least one published programme.

Most trainers already have the first four in a folder. The fifth is the one that takes an evening, and the Programme Builder takes most of the evening out of it.

Featured at launch

Six optional extras sit beyond the five. They are worth completing too. With the launch offer, they show on your public profile from launch day. Complete all six by launch day and your profile is featured when the marketplace opens, ahead of search results. After the three free months, video and articles show only on Pro, and testimonials on Growth or Pro.

  • An intro or past-training video.
  • A published thought-leadership article.
  • Testimonials or company logos.
  • Extra programmes. Up to 12 saved; 2 active on Starter, 5 on Growth, 8 on Pro.
  • Your industry experience: at least one industry, the years you worked in it, and a short description.
  • Your training experience: the years you have delivered training and a short description.

What you keep either way

The launch offer is time-limited. The record is not. Every programme you publish now is searchable from launch day. Your accreditation status is already verified and visible. The training-hours count for HRD Corp accreditation starts from your first booking through WisdomHub. None of that is withdrawn if you register the day after launch. You simply start it later, and on launch day the trainers who started earlier already have a complete profile for companies to find.

That last sentence is the actual argument. Not the three months. The head start.

The objections, answered

“Another directory. I have seen this before.” A directory lists what you say about yourself. WisdomHub also records what happened: bookings completed through WisdomHub, ratings only from the companies and training providers that booked you through it, participant feedback collected after real sessions. The ratings row on your profile sits empty until launch, on purpose. It cannot be filled any other way, which is the whole point of it.

“Will companies actually be there?” We are recruiting both sides from the same network, and we are making HRD Corp status verifiable on every profile, which is the one thing a company cannot get from a Facebook group. You are early, not last in a queue.

“I do not have time to fill in a profile.” That is the reason to do it now, while it is quiet. Two hours before launch, or two hours during your busiest month after it.

Your next step

Register, open your Overview, and count the items left. If it is one, finish it tonight. If it is five, start with the certificate uploads. They take three minutes each and they are the two a company checks first.

Questions trainers ask

Does it cost anything to register before launch?

No. Registration, profile building and programme publishing are free. The Programme Builder deducts no credits before launch. No card is requested before launch, and nothing is charged before launch.

What do I get if my profile is complete on launch day?

Three months of the Pro plan free, worth RM357, first access to new features, and priority support. The offer closes when the marketplace opens and does not reopen.

What counts as a complete profile?

Five items: the basics, a biography, your Train the Trainer certificate or exemption, your HRD Corp accreditation, and at least one published programme. Your Overview shows which are done.

What happens when the three free months end?

You move to Starter, which is free, unless you choose to pay for Growth at RM69 a month or Pro at RM119 a month. We email you 14 days and 3 days before the free months end. Pay by card and your plan renews on that card. Pay by FPX and we send a payment link 7 days before each renewal.

What if I register after launch?

Everything on WisdomHub still works and your record starts from that day. The launch offer is not available, and trainers who completed their profiles earlier are already visible to companies.

Ready to put this into practice? Registration is free. Build your profile and programmes now so companies find a finished record on day one. Register as a trainer.
