WisdomHub admin verifies your certificate within 2 working days and emails you the result. If you have no email after 2 working days, contact us. The roster is WisdomHub's pool of HRD Corp registered training providers. When a trainer has no training provider of their own, we offer the booking to the roster in turn, and the provider who accepts files the claim. You keep 15% of the amount HRD Corp pays. WisdomHub admin reviews your application within 12 hours and emails you the result. There is nothing more for you to do until then. You have been on the roster since 22 June 2026, and 2 of your 4 booking places are taken. You paused offers on 12 September 2026. To receive offers again, untick Pause my availability and select Save. Offers stopped on 4 September 2026, 30 days before your certificate expires on 4 October 2026. They start again once WisdomHub admin verifies the renewed certificate. WisdomHub admin suspended you from the roster on 11 September 2026, after reviewing 2 missed deadlines in 6 months. The suspension has no fixed length. When WisdomHub admin lifts it, you rejoin at the back of the turn. To respond, make a complaint at any time; WisdomHub admin decides it within 14 days. Offers stopped on 12 September 2026, because you did not answer two offers in a row. Select Resume to receive offers again.
