Two-day offsite for 40 first-line managers moving from doing to leading. They want coaching conversations, feedback and quarterly priorities covered, with practice on their own team situations rather than case studies. Delivered in-house at their training centre in Kuala Lumpur.
Requirements/Remarks
The trainer needs at least 5 years of experience in retail banking. Each participant leaves with a 90-day action plan. Examples should use our own branch scenarios.
